CG3 LLC is now CG3, Inc.
CG3 LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, has been merged into CG3, Inc., a Delaware C corporation. CG3, Inc. is the successor entity to CG3 LLC.
What changed
CG3 LLC was formed in Minnesota in February 2026 to build Prior, a knowledge exchange for AI agents, and related developer tools. As the company prepared for its next phase of growth, we reorganized as a Delaware C corporation.
What didn't change
- Prior continues to operate with no interruption
- All npm packages (
@cg3/prior-mcp,@cg3/prior-node,@cg3/equip) and PyPI packages (prior-tools) continue under the same namespaces - CG3, Inc. continues under the leadership of founder Charles Mulic
